FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed machine contains vane pistons arranged coaxially in space of housing for periodical engagement with shaft. Flywheel is secured on shaft. According to invention, surfaces of rotation of flywheel are provided with rows of internal and external meshing gear sectors. Gear sectors of each row are uniformly spaced over circumference at equal angular pitch, and gear mechanism is made of at least two gears forming a pair and connected with one piston. One of gears is pair is in meshing with gear sectors of internal meshing row, and other gear of pair, with gear sectors of external meshing row. Gear sectors of rows are displaced circumferentially relative to each other through angle pitch value.

EFFECT: increased specific mass and overall parameters of machine.
