FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed fuel-air mixture supply system of carburetor internal combustion engine contains inlet branch pipe, air filter, two-chamber carburetor, intake manifold and swirler plate installed between two-chamber carburetor and intake manifold. Swirler plate is provided with perforated inclined holes divided into groups according to number of carburetor outlet channels and arranged in outer, intermediate and inner rows in form of circumferences. Axis lines of inclined holes of two adjacent rows form angles with plane normal to surface of plate and passing through center of carburetor outlet channel and center of inlet corresponding inclined hole. Axial lines pass through centers of inlet and outlet of inclined holes located on circumferences of different diameters. Diameter of circumference formed by centers of inlets of inclined holes of any row can differ from diameter of circumference formed by centers of outlets of said inclined holes.
EFFECT: improved homogeneity of fuel air-mixture over entire range of operation of engine.
