FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creating homogeneous fuel-air mixtures in internal combustion engines and other heat plants. Proposed device contains housing installed in pass channels of intake manifold, turbulator made in form of acute-angle ring projection arranged on inner surface of housing in plane shutting off mixture flow. Device is furnished with at least one more turbulator on form of acute-angle ring projection located inside housing in plane shutting off mixture flow. Inner diameter of turbulators decreases, remains the same or increases in direction of flow of fuel-air mixture. Angles of inclination of receiving surfaces of turbulator projections with their planes passing through apices of projections are within 95-265o. Angles of inclination can be the same or different in different turbulators. Invention provides reduction to toxicity of exhaust gases, reduction of fuel consumption and enlarges functional capabilities of fuel system operating within wide range of modes with possibility of use of low- octane gasolines owing to improved homogenization of fuel-air mixture and improved dispersity of mixture.
