FIELD: processes for making heat insulation products of pellets of foamed polystyrene, possibly used in building material making industry branch, refrigeration equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method for molding continuous length section of foamed polystyrene due to successively molding each next molded member to previous one comprises steps of repeating cycles of feed by means of pneumatic transportation pellets of preliminarily foamed polystyrene; filling molding chamber with pellets; subjecting pellets to heat treatment; evacuating them, removing condensate and moving molded member of section. Molding chamber is filled with pellets at directly feeding pellets into it by means of pneumatic transportation at energized evacuation system and at closed system for removing condensate. Evacuation system is connected with molding chamber.
EFFECT: reduced time period for loading pellets to molding chamber, shortened period for making ready products.
