FIELD: waste incineration.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of processing of residues of incineration from waste incinerator plant at which fuel is burner on bar screen, residues of incineration are quenched in wet slag remover and are discharge from remover. Wet residues getting out of wet slag remover are separated into main and additional fractions by means of mechanical separation process and then main fraction containing mainly large-size fraction and screenings is subjected to grinding and washing by water from wet slag remover. Washing water, together with smaller-size particles entrapped in process of washing is delivered into wet slag remover. Additional fraction containing superfine and fine fraction is subjected to further treatment or utilization.

EFFECT: simplified separation and increased share of reprocessed slag at reduced equipment expenditures at elimination of dusting and reduced water consumption.
