FIELD: methods of treatment of solid residuals after burning incinerator. SUBSTANCE: device used for realization of this method includes unit for removal of slags with inlet shaft to which solid residuals are supplied after burning. Slags are discharged from slag removal unit by means of unloading pusher operating at such speed that slags are piled up in inlet shaft above surface of liquid. Slags are discharged into unloading shaft by means of inclined unloading chute over which unloading is effected by gravity. Fresh water or chemical is fed to unloading shaft by means of inlet passage. Water loaded with thin particles formed in slag removal unit is discharged to tightly closed settler through outlet passage. Water of slag removal unit to which chemicals may be added through pipe line is directed from upper portion of unit to spraying injectors through return pipe line by means of pump; injectors are arranged in upper portion of inlet shaft. Water enriched with particles of solid substances is discharged from settler by means of other pump fitted in discharge pipe line running from settler. Water is discharged at such rate that particles of solids up to 2 mm in size are entrapped by water discharged through discharge passage. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 19 cl, 4 dwg
