FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to method of processing multi-component composite and combined materials consisting of organic, inorganic, metal and non-metal component. Proposed method comprises preliminary processing of materials by removing contaminating components containing toxic heavy metals and polychlorinated diphenyls via grinding the wastes into particles with sizes not exceeding 5 to 25 mm. Note also, that materials are processed by rotating blades in inert or reducing atmosphere at 350° to 600°C and 100 kPa to 10 MPa for 10 s to 10 min, and by swirling solid particles.
