FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: device has first acoustic-optical filter and unit for dispersion compensation. Acoustic-optical filter is used as unit for dispersion compensation. Filter is made to be non-collinear to have geometric shape and crystal to be identical to mentioned first acoustic-optic filter. The second acoustic-optical filter is mounted for turning its geometric shape relatively geometric shape of the first acoustic-optical filter for 177 to 183° relatively axis which is perpendicular to plane of diffraction of crystal of first acoustic-optical filter.
EFFECT: increased spectral contrast.
