KNOCKMETER Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2258208 C2

FIELD: detonation equipment.

SUBSTANCE: non-resonant knockmeter can be used damping detonation in internal combustion engines. Case of knockmeter is made of metal and has basis combined with fitting screw; the base adjoins lower surface of piezoelectric member. Inertial part adjoining top surface of piezoelectric member and embracing it at its side has inner and outer elements which cylindrical surfaces are connected together due to tight fitting or by means of screw. Ring-shaped diaphragm connects base with inertial part.

EFFECT: increased electric capacity; preserved sensitivity.
