SUBSTANCE: in patient's blood serum one should detect antibodies to nonstructural early DNA-binding proteins of herpes simplex virus type I and II and alpha-interferon in lacrimal liquid of a sick eye and at availability of these antibodies in blood serum to nonstructural early DNA-binding viral antigens and at the absence of alpha-interferon in lacrimal liquid of a sick eye one should determine the indications to perform therapy with alpha-interferon preparations.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
