FIELD: equipment for cutting of forest and bush plants growing on channel and road benches and slopes.

SUBSTANCE: bush cutter has suspension frame fixed on tractor suspension system and rotary frame pivotally connected to suspension frame. Telescopic boom is mounted on rotary frame by means of two fingers. Telescopic boom lifting and lowering mechanism disposed within rotary frame is composed of hydraulic cylinder connected to two tie-rods pivotally mounted on rotary frame, and screw-type tie-rod connected with its one end to double tie-rod and with its other end to telescopic boom. Two conical reducers fixed at end of telescopic boom are adapted for driving of circular sawing tools, said driving being provided from tractor shaft through conical transmission, V-belt transmission, intermediate conical reducer mounted on telescopic boom, and telescopic cardan shaft extending inside telescopic boom. Reciprocating motion of telescopic boom is provided by means of hydraulic cylinder. In order to reduce loading of tractor suspension system and set cutting height, height-adjustable supporting skid is mounted on telescopic boom. Supporting skid has immovable support for column sliding inside said support. Adjustment is performed by aligning openings in support with openings in column. Bush cutter of such construction allows channels and roads to be constantly maintained in operating mode.

EFFECT: improved quality and increased efficiency of cutting bushes off from slopes and benches of channels and roads.
