FIELD: agriculture and forestry. SUBSTANCE: brush cutter has frame, cart mounted within frame for horizontal displacement along frame guiding beams by hydraulic cylinder. Boom with working tool drive reducer is pivotally mounted on cart. Brush cutter is provided with hydraulic cylinders for lifting frame with working tool in vertical plane. Working tool fixed on reducer shaft and driven by hydraulic engine is pivotally mounted on boom to be inclined together with reducer in vertical plane by hydraulic cylinder through angle corresponding to angle of slope of channel. Such construction allows brush to be cut at required height and in places difficult for access. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 cl, 4 dwg
