FIELD: forestry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has horizontal knife composed of sections made in the form of spring-loaded knife plates which are successively arranged in moldboard with increasing angle to splitting off tooth in plan. Pushers, flexible members, return spring and valves for supplying air-and-arboricide mixture to nozzle arranged in lower part of moldboard are mounted inside moldboard. Knife plates are mounted for action through flexible members and pushers upon valves for supplying air-and-arboricide mixture onto stumps upon tree cutting. Apparatus may be used for effecting clearing works along canals and power transmission lines without stumping. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced consumption of air-and-arboricide mixture due to direct application onto stump upper surface. 2 dwg
