FIELD: medicine, roentgenosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should simultaneously apply two opposite contralateral perfemoral accesses, introduce endovascular equipment retrogradely into femoral artery of the first inferior limb, perform therapy of stenosis in femoral artery being above the site of equipment introduction and in the arteries of the second inferior limb. Introducer should not be removed in the first limb, retrogradely one should introduce equipment into femoral artery of the second inferior limb to direct it through aortic bifurcation, then - by-passing the introducer being in the first limb, one should treat arterial stenosis in the first inferior limb. The method enables to decrease stress and medicinal loadings upon a patient and shorten the terms of patient's being in the hospital.
