FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endovascular tool is delivered into the right carotid artery with use of the femoral access, and at the same time, the additional access is used via the right axillary artery, which is connected to the femoral access by guide wire that is delivered outside the artery lumen. The guide catheter is inserted into the brachiocephalic trunk via the guide wire, and then the tool is delivered into the right carotid artery via the catheter.
EFFECT: method allows avoiding open surgery, reduces in-surgery traumatism and hospitalisation time; improves quality of surgery; reduces risk of post-operational complications and radiation stress of operator and patient.
