FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: in addition to well-known medicinal therapy one should introduce 1.5%-derinate solution per 0.5 ml under temporal skin from both sides in one syringe with 0.5 ml 2%-lidocaine solution, and, also, i/m per 4.0 ml daily from 5 to 10 injections, moreover, 0.25%-derinate solution should be introduced simultaneously intranasally and into conjunctival cavity 6 times daily. Improved result has been achieved due to immunomodulating properties of derinate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
