SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used to reduce degree or stabilization of nearsightedness and increase visual acuity, stabilization of subjective and objective refraction, increase of volumes of relative accommodation, normalization of vegetative status and general condition in persons with nearsightedness of weak and medium degree. Method of treating mild-to-moderate nearsightedness involves drug-induced treatment, acupuncture and massage. Proposed complex comprises combined application of vitamin therapy on background of independent exercises aimed at stimulation of accommodation, and instillation of 2.5 % irifrin solution overnight for 14 days, physiotherapy - magnetophoresis with taufon solution 4 % with the help of AMO-ATOS apparatus, frequency of modulations 1–2 Hz in pulsating mode of magnetic field and laser therapy using apparatus Lot - 01, NG-01 head with KS shape converter, laser radiation power from 0.3 to 3.0 mW, wavelength of 0.63 ± 0.03 mcm for 10 sessions.
