FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of secondary polymeric materials, particularly, waste of high-density and low-density polyethylene, PVC materials in form of film without cloth and cloth-based film, synthetic textile materials, etc. Device for processing of thermoplastic material has housing with loading zone and outlet channels, heaters arranged in wall of housing and working member in form of engaging gear shafts arranged in space of housing, two of said shafts being loading ones. Loading zone is limited by shaft and surface of housing along generatrix. Surface passing through ribs of loading zone of housing adjoining loading shafts is located at a distance smaller than from radius of shafts plane passing through axes of loading shafts. Absence of part of housing covering loading shafts makes it possible to deliver second-hand materials of size exceeding dimensions of plant proper to loading zone.

EFFECT: possibility of processing of large-size materials, improved conditions of operation.
