FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design and control systems of hydraulic presses. Proposed press contains stationary cross-rail and ram, two main cylinders and two lift cylinders, meter with two equal high-pressure metering cylinders pumping station and ram synchronous movement control system. Open two-position two-way cutoff spool is installed on common pipelines of main and lift cylinders. Control system includes three-position four-way reversible spool and is provided with two two-position three-way change-over spools. Meter is made with two equal low-pressure metering cylinders whose spaces are connected, in pairs with spaces of high-pressure metering cylinders, to outputs of two two-position three-way change-over spools closed for low-pressure metering cylinders and open for high-pressure metering cylinders. Said pairs of spaces of metering cylinders are connected, respectively, to outputs of two additional two-way three-position change-over spools closed for high-pressure cylinders and open for low-pressure cylinders. Spaces of high-pressure metering cylinders and spaces of low-pressure metering cylinders and spaces of low-pressure metering cylinders are connected with drain line in pairs by common pipelines with closed two-position two-way cutoff spools.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of press, reduced capital outlays and service expenditures.
