FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Hydraulic press comprises power cylinder, main and extra hydraulic boosters, hydraulic pressure control valve, pump station and system of distributors. Said boosters have intake and discharge cylinders with plungers making moving plunger units. The latter are rigidly interconnected. System of distributors comprises four-way three-position reversing slide valve and additional three-way two-position slide valves. Press incorporates also the system of four check valves and four-way two-position reversing slide valve. Discharge cylinder inside chambers of every booster are communicated via check valves with power cylinder piston end. One of outlets of four-way two-position slide valve is communicated with main booster intake cylinder chamber and, via check valve, with extra booster discharge cylinder chamber. Second outlet of four-way two-position slide valve is communicated with main booster intake cylinder chamber and, via check valve, with main booster discharge cylinder chamber. Inputs of this slide valve are communicated with the pouring and are of the outlets of additional three - way slide valve..
