FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rolling equipment. Device includes pump-accumulator station, pressure and return cylinders, which plungers are connected in pairs to each roller pad, fluid flows control systems for each pressure cylinder, each including three-way three-position tracking rotary slide valve with the movement mechanism, covered by negative feedback by the movement, multiplier block consisting of coaxially located main and additional multipliers, which similar elements in the form of movable piston-cylinders, stationary low-pressure cylinders and stationary hollow high pressure plungers are rigidly connected to each other in pairs, four check valves, four-way two-position rotary slide valve with the switching device, interacting with the movable piston-cylinders, at that, the pump-accumulator station is connected to the return cylinders and to one of the rotary slide valves inputs, which second inputs are connected to the drain and the output is to the pressure cylinder and to one of the four-way two-position rotary slide valve inputs, which second input is connected to the drain, and the multiplier blocks hollow plungers are through the check valves separately connected to the pressure cylinder and separately through the check valves to the four-way two-position rotary slide valve outputs. Reduction in energy consumption is ensured by the fact that fluid flows control systems for each pressure cylinder are each equipped with pressure switch, additional normally closed shut-off rotary slide valve with electromagnetic control and the tracking rotary slide valve position monitoring device during the roll upwards movement, and the multiplier block composition also includes four check valves and six normally closed cut-off rotary slide valves with electromagnetic control, at that, through the check valves the low pressure cylinders are separately connected to the pressure cylinders and to the liquid tank and through the normally closed cut-off rotary slide valves to the four-way two-position rotary slide valves outputs, connected to the opposite multipliers hollow plungers, wherein on the pipelines connecting the hollow plungers to the pressure cylinder, normally closed cut-off rotary slide valves are installed in series with the check valves, and on the pipelines running from the hollow plungers to the four-way two-position rotary slide valve outputs, normally open cut-off rotary slide valves are installed in parallel with the check valves, at that, the pressure switches are connected to the pressure cylinders with possibility of interaction with the included in the multiplier block cut-off rotary slide valves electromagnets, wherein the said additional normally closed shut-off rotary slide valve is mounted on the pipeline connecting the tracking rotary slide valve output to the pressure cylinder, and its electromagnet interacts with the tracking rotary slide valve position monitoring device during the roll movement upwards.
EFFECT: proposed is a hydraulic installation device.
