FIELD: mechanical engineering; metal-working; galvanotechnics; devices for a microarc oxidation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the galvanotechnics, in particular to devices for a microarc oxidation of inner surfaces of hollow cylindrical items and may be used in any branches of the national economy coupled to mechanical engineering and a metal working. The device consists of a power supply, an electrolyzer bath, a body connected to one terminal of the power supply and a mounted in the electrolyzer bath cylindrical electrode - to another terminal of the power supply and an electrolyte pumping system. At that the device has covers with holes for feeding and withdrawal of an electrolyte and the electrode installations hermetically mounted on the butts of the item and forming together with it a body of the electrolyzer bath. The invention allows due to localization of an electrolyte stream inside of the body of the device to prevent a galvanic pollution of its outer surface and also to exclude a necessity of a cleanout of the item after its oxidation and to reduce unproductive power and electrolyte losses. Absence of an electrolyte on the outer surface of an item has allowed to stabilize the temperature mode of oxidation and due to that to improve the quality of coatings.

EFFECT: the invention ensures prevention of the device outer surface galvanic pollution and a necessity to cleanout of an item after its oxidation, reduction of unproductive power and electrolyte losses, stabilization of the temperature mode of oxidation, improvement of the coatings quality.
