FIELD: equipment for elecrolytically treating surface of metals and their alloys by oxidizing, possibly in machine engineering, aircraft manufacture, chemical, radioelectronic industry branches, in medicine and also for restoring and strengthening parts. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes electrodes, power source, system for pumping electrolyte, bath for electrolyte provided with filter and arranged in tank for liquid cooling. System for pumping electrolyte includes valve and powder feeder for controlling electrolyte content. One electrode is part to be oxidized. Apparatus also includes funnel with filter connected with bath for electrolyte by means of pipeline. Second electrode is nozzle-electrode secured to cross piece of tie rod with possibility of motion in vertical and horizontal planes. Powder feeder is mounted on nozzle-electrode. Shaft-type oxidized part is placed between funnel and nozzle-electrode secured to cross piece of tie rod mounted on rest of unit for rotating oxidized part with possibility of crosswise feed. Hollow cylinder-type oxidized part is arranged on mandrel with possibility of rotation and reciprocation motion in vertical plane. Nozzle-electrode is in the form of sprayer and it is mounted inside oxidized part. Plate type oxidized part is arranged on mandrel with possibility of reciprocation motion in two mutually normal horizontal planes. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus due to local coating of oxide on surface of parts of different size and configuration and due to dynamic control of electrolyte content and modes of microarc applying of oxide coating. 5 cl, 4 dwg
