FIELD: aeronautical engineering; manufacture of cooled flame tubes for various combustors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for flame tube manufacture includes formation of waterwall annular shell with longitudinal fins and external wall of flame tube; placement of solder in-between; assembly of waterwall and tube wall; their relative fixation and soldering to form isolated longitudinal ducts for passing cooling air. Solder is applied by vacuum-plasma evaporation on inner surface of tube wall. When assembling waterwall with tube wall, the latter is disposed for contacting waterwall fins with clearance up to 1.5 mm being provided above one of its fins. Upon assembly waterwall fins are joined with inner surface of tube wall by resistance roller-spot welding over circumference of the latter at least in three zones, whereupon they are joined together by vacuum soldering. After soldering clearance in tube wall is sealed by welding wall edges over generating line.
EFFECT: enhanced quality and operating reliability of flame tube.
