FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of separate sections of chambers of liquid-propellant rocket engines. Two-layer is soldered structure is fabricated consisting of outer power shell made of steel or nickel-based alloy, and inner ribbed shell made from copper or copper-based alloy. Solder plates are fixed on tops of ribs of inner shell by spot welding. Prior to their arrangement application of nickel galvanic coating with layer thickness, sufficient for preventing heat dissipation during solder plates welding on inner shell outer surface of structure is conducted. Evacuated spaces between shells and protective gas pressure is created in furnace, in particular, with value of 0.5 MPa. Structure is heated to soldering temperature and its subsequent cooling. Nickel coating thickness is 30…45 mcm. Solder plates is used containing wt% of: Ni - 14, Mn - 17, Sn - 6, Cu is rest.
EFFECT: method simplifies technology of soldering and prevents formation of excess solder.
