FIELD: navigation equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has UHF voltage generator, resonator, device for input and device for output from resonator of UHF voltage of one polarization and electronic device for processing information about angle speed. Device also has onboard computer unit, electronic angle speed processing device also has phase-sensitive rectifiers, filters and analog-digital converters for connection to onboard computer unit, resonator additionally has additional devices for outputting UHF voltage, and also phase-rotating device, while resonator is made in form of ring with rectangular transverse section of its body with thin walls, in which wide side of rectangle is perpendicular to ring plane and parallel to measurement axis, while one input device and n+1 output devices of UHF voltage are made in form of circular rods, inserted into resonator along radial directions with on its wide side with same spaces between UHF voltage output devices within limit of length of standing wave, output and input devices for UHF voltage through serially connected n+1 phase-sensitive rectifier, n+1 filter and n+1 analog-digital converter are connected to onboard computer unit, so that to respective n+1 inputs of onboard computer outputs of analog digital converters are connected. UHF circular resonance gyroscope, in resonator hollow, can additionally contain dielectric material with high value of electric penetrability to additionally slow down of phase sped of electromagnetic waves.

EFFECT: increased scale coefficient, simplified construction.
