FIELD: equipment used in food-concentrates industry.

SUBSTANCE: line has extruder, pair of feed rolls, extrudate cooling device, pair of forming rolls, drive for rolls, said drive being equipped with device for regulating their rotational velocity, and cutting device. Guiding plates equipped with grooves are disposed at both sides and between pairs of rolls. Outlet apertures of die are made in the form of slots crossing with one another. Each pair of rolls has pressure rolls and grooved rolls. Pressure roll of forming pair of rolls has belts insertable into grooves of opposite roll. Extrudate cooling medium is surrounding air in working premises between die and guiding plate, with distance therebetween relating to maximal sectional size of non-formed extrudate as 270-200 to 1. Line allows tape-like stick of expanded extrudate with flat surfaces or stick of rectangular section to be produced, i.e., rounded form of piece of final product to be avoided.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for preparing of extruded product having desired shape.
