FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for cutting extruded food products into various shapes for rusk production. The device contains an extrusion machine with a draw hole, a unit for tape drawing and formation along the vertical extent, a unit for the tape surface treatment a unit for cutting tape into strips, a unit for cutting strips into cubes and a receptacle device for finished product. The extrusion machine is used for the extruded food product tape production. The drawing unit is designed in the form of two shafts with an adjustable clearance between them. The surface treatment unit is designed in the form of two disk cutters with an adjustable clearance between them. The unit for cutting tape into strips is designed in the form of a set of disc cutters mounted on the shaft. The unit for cutting strips into cubes is designed in the form of two drawling shafts allowing adjustability of cubes length. Additionally the device includes at least one drive.

EFFECT: increase of productivity and improvement of cutting quality.
