FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry equipment. Roller cooler of extruded products comprises frame with fixed guide pulleys, on surface of which there are grooves bored, complying with selected shape of product. Guide pulleys are arranged so that extrudate belt moving along pulley grooves follows zigzag trajectory.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to cool continuous belt of extruded product with small dimensions of device.
