FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises making two-layered construction article from the concrete mixture and beaded polystyrene that increases its volume during heating in a closed domain. The concrete mixture based on the mineral binder is additionally provided with gas generating admixture. Before placing the layer of beaded polystyrene on the open surface of the concrete mixture, the layer of the reinforcing material is laid. The gas-concrete mixture is mixed with cold water. After swelling, the polystyrene is foamed. The gas-generating admixture is made of aluminum powder that is 0.02-0.05% of the mass of dry concrete mixture. The reinforced material is made of synthetic fibers of 20-50 mm in length that are laid on the open surface of the concrete mixture to provide 25-30 g per 1 m2. The components of the article are heated in the steaming chamber in two stages. In the first stage, the components are heated up to 35-45°C and are allowed to stand for 20-30 min. Then the temperature rises up to 80-100°C with subsequent isothermal curing and cooling.
EFFECT: enhanced quality.
