FIELD: oil and gas producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of reservoirs for storing oil and oil products. Proposed device to prevent losses of products caused by leakage has gate and gate lifting lowering arrangement. Gate is made in form of circle whose diameter corresponds to diameter of receiving and dispensing pipeline. Gate is furnished with additional member designed for application of lifting force when device is lifted in operating position. Form and sizes of member are so that point of connection of lifting wire rope, when lifting device in operating position, should be located in inclined plane with tilting to side of reservoir wall.
EFFECT: prevention of product leakage from reservoirs in case of damage of receiving and dispensing pipelines and gates.
