FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filled compositions for manufacturing large-size antifriction-destination articles. Composition of invention comprises 43.5-50% of carbon-fiber cloth with average size of crystallites across basis plane 3.0-6.0 nm and thickness of basis plane packet 1.0-4.0 nm, 35-50% of phenol-formaldehyde binder, and 1.5-5% of oleic acid, which additionally contains copper powder (5-10% in total composition) having dispersity less than 45 μm. When carbon cloth in composition is oriented perpendicular to friction surface, wear resistance of composition increases as compared to orientation of layers of carbon cloth parallel to friction surface.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of composition in contact with antibodies made from soft stainless steels.
