FIELD: methods of a thermal treatment of teeth of disk saws.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of a thermal treatment of teeth of disk saws, in more particular, the teeth of disk saws used for a hot cutting. The technical result of the invention is an increased stability of the saw disks of a hot cutting, reduced operational cost at the thermal treatment. For obtaining the technical result in the method of a heat treatment of teeth of a disk saw, the heating of the disk saw teeth for hardening and tempering is conducted by the high-frequency currents delivered from a generator to an inductor. At that a hardening heat conduct at the values of the current intensity of a grid and the current intensity of the anode accordingly - 1.6 A and 7.5 A with the voltage of the anode and the loop accordingly - 9.0 V and 0.48 V up to the temperature of 820-850°C and cool them in the polyacrylic salt of iron at the temperature of 20-40°C, the tempering is conducted at the values of the current intensity of the grid and anode accordingly of 0.5 A and 2.5 A with the voltage of the anode and the loop accordingly of 3.5 V and 0.18 V at the temperature of 260-270°C. The depth of a tooth enter in the inductor makes 2.0-2,5 mm and the peripheral rate of disk rotation is 13.75 mm/s.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased stability of the saw disks operation in the process of a hot cutting and reduced operational cost of the thermal treatment.
