FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: product has potassium superperoxide, potassium hydroxide, water and alkaline metal silicate taken in known proportions. Method involves bringing hydrogen peroxide solution in interaction with potassium hydroxide, following dehydration of the produced alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide and intermediate potassium peroxide diperoxihydrate adduct disproportioning by spraying it in drying agent current. Alkaline metal silicate is introduced into initial alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide before its hydration.

EFFECT: high dynamic capacity of regeneration product; low air temperature in inhaling air.
