FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining products for air regeneration, used both in collective systems of air regeneration and in individual respiratory apparatuses on chemically bound oxygen. Method of obtaining product for air regeneration consists in interaction of stabilized with magnesium sulfate solution of hydrogen peroxide and sodium and potassium hydroxides with further dehydration of obtained alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide by its dispersion in flow of drying agent. Halides of alkali metals are introduced into alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide after addition of sodium hydroxide before addition of potassium hydroxide with mole ratio potassium hydroxide/alkali metal halide equal 15-105. Potassium or sodium chlorides or their mixture are used as alkali metal halide.

EFFECT: invention provides product for air regeneration, which possesses improved kinetic parameters of process of carbon dioxide absorption and provides longer time of protective action in case of its exploitation in life-support systems.
