FIELD: cement mixes, particularly fine concretes used for grouting butt-joints and cold joints of precast concrete structures.
SUBSTANCE: dry cement-sand mixture includes the following components taken in % by weight: Portland cement - 24.0-46.1, quartz sand - 46.1-72.0, high-aluminous bauxite slag - 2.82-5.50, gypsum binder - 0.72-1.38, superplasticizing agent - 0.23-0.46 and sodium sulfate - 0.23-0.46. Superplasticizing agent is based on sodium salt of naphthalenesulfonic acid with formaldehyde or on sulfonated aromatic organic synthesis waste.
EFFECT: possibility of mixture expansion, increased compression strength, increased adhesive strength along with provision of necessary mobility and working life.
