FIELD: hydroacoustics and radiolocation.
SUBSTANCE: method is based on emission of proving signals, receipt of echo-signals by receiving main of active location mode, detecting in each i-numbered observation cycle of single marks of maneuvering target, receiving appropriate values of coordinates - distance and signal, building strobes of following and selecting of marks, caught in following strobes, smoothing coordinates of selected marks with consideration of data, received within limits of sliding temporary windows, and determining extrapolated coordinates of maneuvering target for next observation cycle, on each i-numbered observation cycle during following of maneuvering target value of Doppler displacement of frequency of echo-signal is measured, which is used to determine value of radial component of speed of maneuvering target, receipt main of passive location mode is used to receive signal of own emission of maneuvering target, receipt main which are used to determine angular speed of maneuvering target, while smoothing of coordinates of maneuvering target is performed in polar coordinates independently with consideration of radial component of speed of maneuvering target and angular speed of maneuvering target, within limits of sliding time i windows from given number N of observation cycles, including i-numbered cycle and N-1 cycles before it.
EFFECT: higher precision, higher speed of operation, higher efficiency.
