FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: when tracking an aerial object based on primary radio information, receiving stations perform simultaneous primary filtering of separate bearings according to the arrival time thereof, wherein movement of the aerial object is considered straight and uniform, otherwise the movement is considered a manoeuvre. Generation of an initial estimate of the approximate vector of trajectory parameters of the aerial object and a covariance error matrix at the receiving stations are carried out on the first bearing coming from one of the information sensors on a new aerial object. Further, the method includes final information filtering to obtain a refined vector of trajectory parameters of each aerial object and an algorithmic covariance error matrix of observation parameters of receiving stations, outputting an accurate estimate of trajectory parameters of each aerial object for accurate monitoring of the nature and parameters the flight of said object. Filtration of separate bearings of the aerial object at the receiving stations according to the arrival time thereof is carried out in a certain manner.
EFFECT: rapid evaluation of the presence and nature of the flight trajectory of an aerial object.
