FIELD: nuclear engineering.
SUBSTANCE: the proposed harpoon has case, tip, connected with the case, and mean for catching, located in the tip. The tip is fulfilled in the form of a cylindrical rod, fixed in the case, and a head, having a possibility of movement along the cylindrical rod. The catching mean is produced by a catch with elastic blades. The catch is located in the cylindrical rod and has possibility of interaction with the head in the process of its movement along cylindrical rod.
EFFECT: increased reliability of harpoon engagement with a target.
