Target 42 and gun 38 are turned towards one another and then shell such as harpoon 40 is shot from gun towards target upon attaching hemp rope 44 to harpoon 40. Upon lifting target 42 above slab 14 and disconnecting harpoon cable is joined to other end of hemp rope and the latter is drawn through hole 24 until cable is placed in desired position. In this way cable can be placed between two holes spaced apart at certain distance in slab. EFFECT: provision for cable disposal under slab without attendance of personnel under slab. 14 cl, 4 dwg
