FIELD: canner industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes raw material preparation, pulping, decantation, mixing of filtrate water with precipitate, redecantarion, pre-packing and thermal treatment. Before redecantation mixture of filtrate water with precipitate is blended with solid residue obtained by extraction of biomass of Mortierella jenkinii micromycete, and after redecantation filtrate water is blended with extract obtained from the same biomass.
EFFECT: target product of improved quality.
