FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating valve from intestine brought on the anterior abdominal wall in forming single-trunk colostoma. Sutures are placed on intestine circumference 3-4cm far from its distal part with mesocolon being retained and distance between the sutures being equal to 0.5-1.0 cm. The intestine is corrugated by longitudinally suturing 1.5-2 cm of the intestine in two walls.
EFFECT: improved life quality; provided subjective control over defecation process.
