FIELD: mining, particularly for dressing minerals.

SUBSTANCE: ore-dressing apparatus comprises tray-like body resting on supports to perform swinging movement. The apparatus has measuring hopper with nozzles controlled with shutoff cocks and feeding pipe, source material supplying pipe and discharge pipe. The pipes are arranged in upper hopper part from opposite sides thereof. Nozzles are installed in the body under feeding pipe. The apparatus is provided with transparent diamond-shaped chamber installed at discharge tray end. Tray is rectangular. Bottom tray part is provided with rubber coating located before transparent diamond-shaped chamber. The chamber comprises metal tubes with internally inserted magnetic rods extending inside chamber from medium chamber part to discharge one. Louver screen with adjustable angle of louver fin inclination is arranged above rubber coating and spaced apart from it. Tray is installed so that loading part thereof may perform angular rotation and tray may translate with controllable amplitude and frequency. Diamond-shaped chamber is provided with nozzles, oppositely located controlling shutoff cocks and dividing hopper with ball valve. The apparatus also has double slotted vibrosieve with slots having different perforations and with discharge pipes installed under discharge tray part. Two drums are installed in discharging part of underscreen pipe of upper sieve. Three drums are arranged in discharging part of underscreen pipe of lower sieve. The drums are provided with dividing hoppers and nozzles controlled with shutoff cocks.

EFFECT: improved capacity and efficiency of fine ore dressing.
