FIELD: mining; devices for dressing minerals.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining and may be used for dressing minerals. The device contains a body made in the form of a trough and mounted with a capability of swinging on supports. The device is provided with a batcher-hopper. The batcher-hopper is made in the form of a cylinder with a cone in its lower part provided with injectors controlled by shutoff valves and a feeding branch-pipe. The device has a branch-pipe of feeding of a source material and a discharge branch-pipe - both located in the upper part of the batcher-hopper on its opposite sides. The device is supplied with a diffuser installed in the body of the trough under the feeding branch-pipe, a transparent diamond shape chamber, injectors. The injectors are mounted under the diffuser and under the chamber. Injectors of the chamber are built-in against each other. The chamber is installed on the trough discharge end. The chamber is supplied with a bin-divider with a built-in injector controlled by a shutoff valve and with a ball cock. The trough has a rectangular form with a narrowing in its discharge part. The bottom part of the trough on the side of the diffuser is supplied with a rubber coating spread over up to the transparent diamond-shaped chamber. Above the coating with a backlash there is a stencil of a jalousie type with an adjustable slope angle of laminas. The trough is established with a capability of angular rotation of the loading part and a horizontal reciprocal motion round trip with a controlled amplitude and frequency. The technical result is an increased productivity and extraction of the useful minerals.
