FIELD: mining; dressing of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining and may be used for dressing of the useful minerals, small and fine grades minerals from placers, ore deposits and their man-caused refuse dumps. The device contains: drums, a drain branch-pipe, injectors, a batcher-bin, material feeding branch-pipes. Drums are executed from exterior and interior cylinders and fastened by a connecting ring. The batcher-bin is placed above the drums. Under each drum there are bins-dividers and receiving bins installed in series. The material feeding branch-pipes ere located between the batcher-bin and drums. The exterior and interior cylinders of drums are equal in height. The drain branch-pipes are placed in the upper part of the exterior cylinders. Injectors are located in the lower part of the exterior cylinders and spaced by 180° from each other on a tangential line to a circumference of a cylinder. The bins-dividers have injectors mounted on a tangential line to a circumference of a bin-divider. The drums, the batcher-bins, the bin-dividers and the receiving bins are made out of transparent material. The technical result is an increased effectiveness and productivity of minerals dressing, expansion of the device functionalities.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase effectiveness and productivity of minerals dressing, to expand functionalities of the device.
