FIELD: methods of production of glass-ceramic coatings.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of glass-ceramic coatings, in particular, to. the method of production of glass-ceramic coatings on the base of sol of an aqueous-alcoholic solution of tetraethoxisilane, a mineral acid, a mix of a metal nitrates and a refractory oxide by mixing, homogenizing, depositing on a substrate and the thermal treatment. The method differs from the other methods by the fact, that the mixture is homogenized by an action (USA) within 10-15 minutes. The technical result is formation of the flexible glass-ceramic coating with the electro-physical characteristics suitable for utilization as an electrical insulation for wires with a small diameter of a core (0.3 mm), that does not rupture at bending during winding on reels of small cross-section (up to 6-8 mm).
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the flexible glass-ceramic coatings with the electro-physical characteristics suitable for use as an electrical insulation for wires with a small diameter core, that does not rupture at bending during winding on the small cross-section reels.
