FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a multi-layered covering based on SiO2-ZrO2-P2O5-Na2O includes the preparation of a film-forming solution with the following successive application of the said solution on a substrate surface and step-by-step thermal processing. To obtain the covering the film-forming solutions (FFS) are applied. For the first layer applied is FFS, which forms a silicophosphate layer, the first FFS is re-applied. After that, the step-by-step thermal processing is carried out at a temperature of 60°C for 30 minutes after the application of the first and second layer, and after the application of the third layer the thermal processing is carried out at 60°C for 30 minutes, then at 600°C for 1 hour. The components for the first FFS are applied with the following component ratio, wt %: zirconium oxochloride - 5.4; wt % ethyl alcohol - the remaining part. The components for the second FFS are applied with the following component ratio, wt %: tetraethoxysilane - 2.6-4.8; sodium chloride - 3.4-5.6; phosphoric acid - 0.5; 96 wt % ethyl alcohol - the remaining part.
