SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously administering erythrocyte autohemolysate to a rabbit. The autohemolysate is produced by freezing erythrocyte mass in the amount of 0.5-0.7 ml once a day during 10 days. Freezing erythrocyte mass takes place at t=-17°C within 24 h.
EFFECT: improved adequacy of vascular retinopathy model close to human clinical course.
