FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecclesiastical estate, particularly to bells of high mass and size, where it is required at operation from time to time to change oscillation plane tongue after wear of sonic ring edge, expose oneself to impact of tongue during bell ringing. It is proposed also to improve sounding of bell by means of exclusion of effect of spurious high-frequency oscillations of tongue for sound oscillations of bell's body. Bell contains body, device for proper suspension, tongue and device of sliding joint for rotation of tongue, implemented in the form of pin connection, consisting of stationary and moving element. Stationary element is implemented in the form of round flat platform with flanges for bearing assemblies, alloys circular located through grooves, is fixed on implemented on top surface of bell and rigidly fixed endwise body bracket by cap flange, and is fixed by retainer, installed into one of grooves, and moving element is fixed to tongue through metallic adapter and flexible nonmetallic intermediate pieces.
EFFECT: design simplification of bell, reliability enhancement, audio quality improvement of bell at adherence of classic ecclesiastical canon.
