SUBSTANCE: method includes processing information in form of voice, multimedia, textual and graphical messages by information system and sending processed information to send/receive mobile communications system through internet network, simultaneous transfer of textual and graphic information, received from send/receive mobile communications system, from noted cell phone number, connected to answering machine system or from accompanying uniform resource locator, connected to wireless send/receive internet server, to addresses of certain number of cell phones through radio-network and when enabled phone number is dialed to receive voice information, individually received from other cell phones, then answering machine system sends voice information to cell phone based on dialed phone number, or when accompanying URL is used to receive multimedia information from information block, individually received from other cell phones, then wireless send/receive internet-server offers multimedia information to cell phone using selected URL.
